Four products we build, sell and support

Not resold licences. Software our own teams ship and run, in daily use by collections desks, repossession agencies, clinics and hospitals.

Use cases

Five products that stand on their own and work better together: voice, self-service, outbound campaigns and lead management.

Run the whole contact centre from one console

Inbound, outbound and blended, with the agent desktop and the reporting in the same place.

Predictive and preview dialling, skills-based routing, IVR, call recording and quality scoring. Supervisors see live queue and agent state; managers get historical reporting by campaign, agent and disposition. Deploys on-premise or hosted, and connects to your CRM so agents stop switching windows.

Three call lanes converge on a routing core, which feeds an agent desktop; a supervisor band beneath carries live queue, agent state and reporting.

Answer the routine calls without an agent

Self-service that handles the repeat questions and routes the rest correctly first time.

Build call flows without writing code, connect them to your own database for balance, status and order lookups, and route on skill, language or priority. Text-to-speech in multiple languages, keypad and speech input, and scheduled call-back so nobody waits on hold.

An incoming call reaches a menu node; routine branches resolve in self-service against a data lookup, and only the exception is routed to an agent.

Reach thousands of contacts in a single campaign

Automated voice broadcasting, with every response recorded against the number that gave it.

Schedule campaigns, personalise each message from your own data, and capture keypress responses so a broadcast becomes a conversation. Retry rules for busy and unanswered numbers, per-campaign delivery reporting, and DND screening built into the dialling list.

A scheduled campaign fans out across a screened contact list, and keypress responses aggregate back against the number that gave them.

Every lead accounted for, from source to close

Capture, assignment, follow-up and pipeline reporting in one system.

Leads arrive from web forms, calls, campaigns and imports, then route automatically by territory, product or team. Automated follow-up reminders, stage-by-stage pipeline reporting, and a full activity trail on every record, so nothing goes cold without someone seeing it.

Leads arrive from forms, calls, campaigns and imports, route by territory, product or team, and move through pipeline stages with an activity trail on every record.

A phone system your team can reconfigure itself

Extensions, routing and business hours changed in the browser, not by raising a ticket.

SIP trunking, extensions, call groups, voicemail-to-email and call recording, with softphone and mobile apps so a desk number follows the person. Change routing and hours in real time, and report on every call in and out.

SIP trunks cross-connect to extensions, call groups and voicemail through a switch matrix, with routing and business hours changed in the browser.

Working with AcmaCorp

The questions we are asked before a first conversation. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

What kind of work does AcmaCorp take on?

Three broad areas: cloud and infrastructure services, application and product engineering, and the telecom and business software products we build ourselves. Engagements range from a four-week advisory piece to a managed service running for years.

How does an engagement usually start?

With a scoped discovery rather than a proposal. We look at what exists, agree what the problem actually is, and produce a plan with costs and sequencing. That plan is yours whether or not the work continues with us.

Are we too small, or too large, to work with you?

We work with organisations from a few dozen staff to several thousand. The question that matters more than size is whether the problem is well enough defined to scope, and discovery exists to answer that.

Where do you operate?

Delivery centres in India, with offices in the United States and the United Kingdom, serving clients across fifteen countries. Nearshore and offshore delivery models are both available, with working-hour overlap agreed before anyone starts.

How quickly can work begin?

Two to four weeks for most engagements, driven by contracting and access rather than by availability. Staff augmentation placements for common skill sets can be faster; anything requiring scarce expertise takes longer and we say so up front.

Who owns the code and the documentation?

You do, from the first commit. Source, infrastructure definitions and runbooks live in your repositories and accounts throughout, not in ours. A clean handover is a normal way for an engagement to end and we plan for it.

What can we help you achieve?

We empower your vision with innovative and effective strategies.
