He has spent roughly four decades working for Microsoft and IBM, transforming these companies with Data and AI. He is a data-driven leader, recognized as one of the top 15 data professionals globally by DatatechVibe. Currently, he serves on the boards of U.S. Venture, Equinauts, and Domino Data Lab, while also advising their CEOs on AI and Data Analytics strategies. In the non-profit sector, he is a Board Director of The Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) and Novartis Foundation. John holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from The University of Binghamton. He is a proud parent, grand parent, avid traveler, and published photographer.

He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new role and has had a successful track record in transforming the company’s various business units into the digital paradigm over the last few years. Most significantly, Venkat has demonstrated the unique capability to effectively translate complex business and technology challenges to strategic business solutions, and then communicate these solutions to Centific’s enterprise clients.

Heng is a seasoned executive with broad experience in building and transforming companies. He played a key role in building an information technology company from the startup phase until it was listed on the Nasdaq. Heng also brings to bear extensive consulting experience across industries internationally. His early career was with the Boston Consulting Group. He has also founded companies and acted as advisor to businesses in the electronic vehicle, augmented reality display, gaming, and green packaging sectors. Heng holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

In his current as chief strategy officer for Centific, Dinesh spearheads the Digital Innovation, Solutions & Consulting (DISC) group.

Yong has also supported clients with digital transformation, enabling operations in China (including e-commerce and ecosystem management), GDPR security compliance, privacy, and more.

Before joining Madrona, Wei was the COO of Hopin, a SaaS company enabling shared experiences. During her 16 years at Amazon, Wei led teams in eCommerce, Kindle, Supply Chain technologies, and Grocery. She holds an MSIS from UNC-CH and a bachelor's degree in finance from Nankai University.
