   Why: measured on a 4x-throttled phone profile, blocking the Google font
   request took 61ms off the gap between first byte and first paint, and it was

   One more thing the naive copy got wrong: Plus Jakarta Sans is a variable
   font. Google serves ONE file for all four weights and varies only the
   font-weight descriptor, so a browser fetches 27KB once. Saving it under four
   weight-stamped names made the same bytes four separate URLs, and the browser
   dutifully downloaded all four -- 109KB where Google cost 27KB. The four
   declarations below are kept exactly as Google wrote them, pointing at the one
